Shipping Policy

In an effort to support our Earth, we try hard to use reused packing materials when shipping orders. Our preferred shipping service is USPS, though we have the ability to ship via UPS upon request. Our goal is to have items shipped within 3 days of ordering. We will send tracking numbers and other shipping information to the email provided at your time of order. Return & Exchange Policy

The vast majority of our Kitty Curated pieces are vintage (over 20 years old) and only available as a one-of-a-kind item. Due to this fact, we are unable to exchange items. We will accept most returns and provide store credit for the returned item, provided it is in the condition of which it was sent.

 

We try our very best to evaluate, identify, and share imperfections within our unique vintage pieces, so that buyers are aware. In the unlikely event that a significant flaw was not identified, please reach out.
