Gorgeous full length cocktail dress by the best of upscale mid-century chic and innovative fashion, Malcolm Starr. This dress has the tag of the department store from which it was purchased, along with its Malcolm Starr label tag. Dress is black fabric covered by black lace and floral appliqué, and is fully lined underneath. The top has wide straps with scoop neckline and waist is accented with heavy tuck. Chic and gorgeous!
